$47 Physician Assessment
The $47 assessment fee covers Dr. Ty's time to review your intake, evaluate your clinical profile, and determine whether the Mindful Weight Loss Program is an appropriate fit for you.
Full refund: If Dr. Ty reviews your case and determines she cannot help you — for any clinical reason — she will tell you immediately and refund your $47 in full. No questions asked. Her job is to tell you the truth about your health, not to close a sale.
No-show policy: If you book your assessment call and do not attend without rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance, the $47 fee is non-refundable. This protects Dr. Ty's time and ensures availability for patients who are ready to engage.
Credit toward enrollment: If you choose to enroll in the 6-month program after your assessment, the $47 is credited toward your first payment.
6-Month Program Enrollment
Program fees are non-refundable after enrollment, as they cover physician time, prescription protocols, and clinical oversight that begins immediately upon enrollment. If you have concerns about your program experience, please contact us directly — we will work with you to address them.
