Constant cravings. Thinking about food all day. Eating past fullness even when you don't want to. That's food noise — and it's not a willpower problem. It's biology. Dr. Zu fixes the biology.

Sound familiar?
It's not about discipline. It's a hormonal signal problem — and it's fixable with the right medical approach.
You think about food even when you're not hungry. Your brain won't shut off the signal.
You eat past the point of full — not because you want to, but because the urge overrides the signal.
You've tried every diet. The problem isn't you — it's that no one treated the biology behind the noise.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide work by restoring the GLP-1 signal your brain is missing — the one that says "I'm satisfied." Most patients report the mental chatter about food drops significantly within the first few weeks. Dr. Zu prescribes and manages GLP-1 therapy as part of a complete plan, not just a pill.

Your Doctor
Dr. Zu trained at McGovern Medical School and completed her residency at UT Health Houston. After residency she joined Houston Methodist — and left, because the system gave her 15 minutes per patient. That wasn't enough to actually help anyone.
Food noise is something she talks about with almost every patient. Most doctors never ask about it. Dr. Zu built her practice around treating the biology behind it — hormones, hunger signals, GLP-1 deficiency — not just handing out a diet sheet.
She is a family physician — she can treat underlying conditions like anxiety, depression, thyroid issues, and perimenopause alongside your weight loss care.
