Is this a real medical appointment?
Yes — a private 30-minute telehealth visit with me, Dr. Zuleikha Tyebjee, MD (Board-Certified Family Medicine).
How much does each visit cost?
Each visit is $150. If you continue care, you normally meet with me once a month. There is no commitment, and you pay after each visit.
Do I have to continue?
No. There is no automatic enrollment or commitment. You choose after each visit whether to continue.
Does the $150 visit include medication?
No. Medication and labs are separate, and a prescription is never guaranteed. If medication is clinically appropriate, you purchase it separately from the pharmacy. The option we typically use is a compounding pharmacy — current typical starting-dose ranges are about $105/month for compounded semaglutide and about $150/month for compounded tirzepatide. Exact cost depends on what (if anything) is prescribed and can change.
What do medications usually cost?
Brand-name GLP-1s are often much higher without coverage. When a compounded option is appropriate and available, patients typically see about $105/month (semaglutide starting dose) to about $150/month (tirzepatide starting dose) through the compounding pharmacy we usually use — billed separately from your visit. This is not a promise you will be prescribed medication.
Do you take insurance?
This clinic path is cash-pay. We don't bill insurance for these visits.
