About Dr. Tyebjee
My name is Zuleikha Tyebjee. I am the founder of Mindful Medical Weight Loss and am board certified in Family Medicine. I developed my weight loss program while working as a primary care physician and quickly came to realize the need for a sustainable and approachable path to weight loss.
I watched patient after patient do everything "right" — and still struggle. Not because they lacked discipline, but because the programs they were following ignored the biology. Food noise. Hormones.
